INTRODUCTION

It is our pleasure to have your firm as one of our tenants. The mission of the Property Management staff is to provide you with an efficient and professionally operated office environment. This network will familiarize you with the operations of the building and to answer questions concerning emergency situations.

We would like to request that routine matters, such as maintenance or custodial work orders, be channeled to our office through one individual from your office. This practice will reduce confusion and conflicting requests, as well as insure against duplication.

Following review of this information manual, if you have any questions about 230 Peachtree and its facilities or services, please call our on-site management office at (404) 614-5230. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

It is our desire and goal to aid your firm's business success through providing you with the finest office environment 230 Peachtree has to offer. We are excited to be associated with your business.

HOURS OF OPERATION

230 Peachtree is open for normal business operations from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Anyone requiring access to the building after hours and on Saturday and Sunday must use his or her 230 Peachtree access card. All after hour visitors must be pre-approved by tenant and will be required to sign in at the security desk. Anyone entering the building after-hours will be required to sign in and out at the security desk.

HOLIDAYS

The building Management Office will be closed on the holidays listed below. If air conditioning/heating is required for these days, please make prior arrangements with the Management Office.
